Welcome to the hidden party playground of Mayfair, the venue is made up of 4 unique rooms, spread over 3 floors with the capacity to entertain over 1000 people. Our Cocktail Bar is the perfect spot for after work drinks where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a range of creative cocktails. If you’re in the mood for partying until dawn, then descend downstairs into Opal Bar to discover our sophisticated party lounge. Our restaurant and bar space, Caspers, is an intimate space with electric blue seating, brick walls, and has a New York Warehouse vibe. Our famous Carwash floor is home to the best 70’s, 80’s & 90’s tunes with a giant old school flashing dancefloor to create the ultimate disco experience.

Theming & Decorating
Our venue is full of character in so many ways and has the beauty of offering 4 completely different spaces. Over the festive period it will be bursting with Christmas décor, however if you have a specific theme in mind let us know and we can help create whatever your imagination desires. A range of entertainment is also available so please ask for a quote.

Cocktail Bar: Be welcomed into our open Cocktail Bar. This room is light, airy and the perfect place to ease you in to a night of fun, frolics and debauchery. Relaxed yet vibrant this versatile space lends its hands to a multitude of events.
Opal: Our sophisticated party lounge is fitted with 13 dark leather booths, stylish surroundings & equipped with its own DJ Booth playing a mix of chart & contemporary music to create the perfect atmosphere.
Caspers: Our restaurant has a relaxed feel, with some New York Warehouse inspired quirks. Casper’s is ideally located beside Opal Bar and has versatile seating which can be adapted over Christmas for your comfort. The room is perfect for sit down Lunches & Dinners, or a private Buffet, complete with its own Private Bar.
Carwash Main Room: Carwash on Saturdays and Groovy Wonderland during the week is our third and final floor, boasting two flashing dance floors & two bars. There is plenty of seating available with 10 unique booths. We can change the dance floor settings to suit your event along with the lighting to create any atmosphere you like. The room is self-contained with a large Cloakroom & Private Toilets.

We offer a variety of extras to make your Christmas party even more special;
– AV equipment can be supplied for private parties (dependent on room choice)
– Booths can be booked to continue the party (dependent on date)
– Canapes as an add on to your food booking
– Bottles of wine to compliment your meal
– Bottles of spirits & mixers
– Late night snacks as an add on to your food booking
– Coffee, mince pies & truffles
Minimum Spend: The minimum spend applies to exclusive bookings only and is dependent on room choice, timings, date and hours of exclusivity. This is met through your food & drinks. (Entertainment is not included in your minimum spend as this is sourced externally).
Food: Menu options are attached separately. We offer a range of food – for a substantial amount for all guests we offer a 3 Course Christmas Lunch & Dinner, a Finger & Fork Buffet and Bowl Food. If you would prefer to have snacks we offer Canapes, Platters and Late Night Snacks. Food prices vary dependant on date. We are happy to cater to any allergies/intolerances, just please just include these details in your pre-order form and notify your event manager.
Our 3 course lunch/dinner sittings are a maximum of 2 hours long and you get access to all non-exclusively hired rooms for after your meal. Our Buffet option gives you a booth reserved all evening, with access to all non-exclusively hired rooms for after your meal.
Drinks Options: We offer a variety of Drinks Packages each designed to help your party run smoothly:
– Drinks Vouchers: These are £5.50 each to purchase and are redeemed at the bar against; single house spirits and mixers, small glasses of house wine, selected bottled house beer or any soft drinks. 1 Drinks Voucher = 1 Drink. Drinks Vouchers gain you a nice discount on our regular drinks prices and allow you to limit the amount of drinks each party member acquires, making it fair for all party goers.
– Wrist-banded bar tabs: You choose the limit and items available on your bar tab and guests simply flash their wristbands at the bar to obtain refreshments.
– Pre ordered rounds: We can serve these in intervals at times to suit your party.
– Drinks Receptions: Choose from Champagne & Cocktail Receptions (alcoholic & non-alcoholic choices available).
HAPPY HOUR starts at 5pm every day, and lasts until 7pm giving you 2 hours with up to 50% off selected drinks.
Deposit and Payment: We require a £10 per person deposit to confirm your booking (no booking is confirmed without a deposit), with your final balance due by October 31st. Deposits are usually taken over the phone via a debit/credit card so we can confirm your booking immediately. We also accept Bank Transfer payments. All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
